Startup is the second part of the Realisation phase where your solution is deployed, tested and confirmed.
When everything has proved to be up to expectation we finalise the project and hand your solution over to ReadSoft Support.

This service is delivered by ReadSoft Professional Services at the earliest possible point and covers installation and configuration of your ReadSoft software.
The result is a process running from input to output, in your business environment, using your documents.

Training your staff

ReadSoft software is designed for ease of use. With correct and sufficient training, users will know how to handle any normal situations and how to find solutions in the Knowledge Base in case they encounter something out of the ordinary.
