Standard Technical Training
Objectives
The goal of the DOCUMENTS Standard Technical Training course is to provide the information and practice that learners need in order to:
- Understand the overall goals and business benefits of a DOCUMENTS customer solution, including the document flow and sub-flows
- Know how DOCUMENTS is put together in small, medium, and large network installations, including system/network requirements and hardware setup
- Successfully carry out software installation, database setup, and licensing steps
- Configure a customer solution for proper document classification and field extraction
- Run the Production module as end-user operators do
- Manage a DOCUMENTS solution through on-going administration, maintenance, and supervision activities
- Perform basic troubleshooting on a DOCUMENTS customer solution
Target audience
This training course is aimed at ReadSoft customers and partners.
It is assumed that attendees have no prior experience with DOCUMENTS.
