documents using the very latest technology, enabling multiple
types of classification to be performed, using built-in
intelligence to identify the type and format of each document.
It "learns" about the features of an
existing document and can apply this intelligence to the
classification of new documents – automatically and within your

intelligent search engines can automatically locate index fields
within structured, semi-structured and unstructured document
types.
This means existing manual indexing routines
can be replaced, ensuring documents are easily identifiable and

The information can be classified according
to content, format and/or an organisation’s own business rules.
After that, it is automatically routed to
workflow, ECM and ERP systems (such as SAP, Oracle and JD
Edwards), as well as to databases/archives. |
