Customer Care Support Executive

Role – Overview


Working as part of our busy Helpdesk based in our Milton Keynes office you will provide high quality 1st line and 2nd line support to ReadSoft customers and partners.  The successful candidate will be professional and customer service orientated. You will have good communication skills both written and verbal, be self-motivated and have the ability to work effectively as part of a team and without supervision.

Previous experience of working on a Helpdesk or Service Desk within a professional environment is desirable but not essential.  No knowledge of ReadSoft products will be required as full training will be provided.

This is an excellent opportunity for the right person to develop their career in a customer care help desk environment. The role will require someone with an outgoing personality who is at ease with dealing with customers and who can communicate with personnel at all levels.
